1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition.
  • Be returned with all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include any accessories, certificates, or promotional items received with the product.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.


2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized products.
  • Products altered at the customer’s request.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Products returned without original packaging or tags.

3. Refund Process

Once a returned item is received, it will undergo a quality inspection.

If the return is approved:

  • The refund will be processed after successful quality inspection.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase whenever possible.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or financial institution.

Aura By Arpita reserves the right to reject refund requests if the returned item does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.


4. Exchange Policy

We accept exchange requests within 7 days from the date of delivery for products that are:

  • Defective.
  • Damaged during transit.
  • Received in an incorrect condition.

Exchange requests are subject to:

  • Verification and quality inspection.
  • Availability of the requested replacement product.

If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product, store credit, or refund at our discretion.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Order number.
  • Product photographs.
  • Images of the packaging.
  • A brief description of the issue.

Failure to report damage within a reasonable timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.


6. Return Shipping

Customers may be required to return approved products to the address provided by our support team.

Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.


7. Cancellation of Orders

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and will be subject to this Refund & Return Policy.
